The equipment undergoing maintenance consists of two sets of nitrogen generators FCP Series mix-gas generating systems which are equipped with two units of 37KW air compressor. The client's equipment operates continuously 24 hours a day, demanding exceptionally high stability; therefore, we have strictly adhered to standard procedures for the entire maintenance process.
Air Compressor Maintenance Guideline
Maintenance interval: A dual standard applies—either a 3-month cycle or 2,000 cumulative operating hours, whichever comes first. Immediate comprehensive major maintenance shall be performed upon expiration to prevent overdue maintenance from compromising equipment lifespan and operational stability.
Complete maintenance scope:

Core consumables replacement: Fully replace the air filter, oil filter, oil-gas separator, and compressor-specific coolant to ensure they meet performance standards and support continuous equipment operation;

Equipment cleaning and maintenance: Thoroughly clean the equipment's radiator and filters, and deeply remove dust and oil deposits from the compressor interior to ensure effective heat dissipation and a clean internal environment;

Component performance testing: Conduct comprehensive inspections of core components such as pressure gauges and pressure sensors to verify their sensitivity and accuracy;
Sealing and operational parameter checks: Inspect all fastening connections individually to identify and promptly address oil leakage; Calibrate and test the compressor's output pressure to confirm it meets specified standards for production use.
Nitrogen Generator Maintenance Guideline
Maintenance Cycle: Comprehensive maintenance is performed every six months, with a total of two standardized maintenance sessions completed annually. This forms an integrated operation and maintenance system that complements the compressor maintenance, ensuring the stable and synchronized performance of the entire gas station equipment.
Complete maintenance scope:

Full filter cartridge replacement: Replace a total of 4 filter elements for the front-end air system, along with 4 core filter elements inside the nitrogen generator, ensuring air filtration and nitrogen purity meet specified standards;

Special maintenance for the cold dryer: Clean and purge the cold dryer radiator, verify that its cooling temperature operates within the normal range, and ensure stable cooling performance;
Pipeline and valve inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all equipment pipeline connections to eliminate leakage risks; Check the operational status of both automatic and manual drainage valves to confirm proper drainage functionality;
Core performance parameter testing: Accurately measure three key parameters—the nitrogen generator's operating pressure, nitrogen purity, and gas flow rate—to confirm full compliance with customer production requirements.
