HC (High Consistency) Series Fiber Protective Lenses: 50% Longer Service Life
High-consistency fiber materials are the key to extending the service life of fiber protective lenses. Raysoar’s latest RAYPOWER fiber protective lenses are made of selected high-quality fused silica materials, with a transmittance of over 94%, an anti-reflection coating transmittance of more than 99.95%, an anti-reflection rate of less than 0.05%, and a defect rate of less than 1%.
Fiber laser protective lenses are core and vulnerable protective components in the optical system of fiber laser cutting machines. Their primary function is to provide critical protection for the focusing lenses and collimating lenses inside the cutting head without interfering with the normal transmission and processing of the laser beam. They directly affect the processing accuracy, stability, and service life of the equipment.
As the last protective barrier for the focusing lens of the laser cutting head, the quality of the lens directly determines the service life of internal optical components. HD (High Durability) Series Nozzle: 100% Longer Lifespan

They play a role in guiding assist gases, enhancing cutting effects, isolating cutting contamination, and protecting core components of the cutting head.
Raysoar’s newly launched HD series nozzles are made of higher-quality copper alloy. Compared with ordinary T2/T3 copper on the market, the strength of HD series nozzles is 1.6-1.9 times higher, the yield strength is 4-5 times higher, and the hardness is 2 times higher. The concentricity of HD series nozzles reaches 0.03-0.05mm, far better than that of ordinary products (above 0.06mm). Additionally, the HD series nozzles adopt a hard chrome plating process, which is different from ordinary chrome-plated nozzles. The comprehensive upgrade from materials to processing technology has doubled the service life of the nozzles. Although the price of HD series nozzles are slightly higher than that of ordinary nozzles, the reduced downtime losses brought by their superior quality and durability are obvious—making the term "better cost-effectiveness" perfectly embodied in this product.
