Gas Supply Solution : 1 unit of GNMM11-100S  ( 100m3/h mixed gas production on site  )

                                           1 unit of GNMM11-150S  ( 150m3/h mixed gas production on site)

Cutting Gas Production: 100m3/h 150m3/h 94% purity nitrogen mixed gas

Customization for this project:

Two laser cutting machines (20kW/40kW) are equipped with 100 and 150 cubic meter mixed-gas cutting devices respectively,

depending on their power. The air duct can provide the air source for the mixed-gas device, and can also be directly connected to

the air cutting duct of the laser. This enables online air cutting and mixed-gas cutting of the laser. Since the air compressor unit

has sufficient flow margin, it can meet the air demand of the laser equipment in the subsequent expansion of the material feeding

production line.

Before the Investment/Client Demand:

*The materials that client need to cut are mostly structural steel plates, wide flat bars, and section steel, equivalent to ISO 630/E235 and E355.

*The client's material handling workshop is quite large, and they expect to increase the laser processing capacity to 5-6 machines in the future.

* The temperature in the factory buildings is between 50 and 70 ℃.

After the Investment/The change we offer:

*To start on demand based on flow rate requirements, thus significantly reducing unnecessary energy consumption for 70%;

* Heat radiation shielded duct exhaust maintains a constant temperature in the air station, making the unit more reliable and stable;

*Compared to the air cutting methods previously used by customers, it achieves a higher surface finish and better cutting efficiency ;

* Enable online air cutting and mixed-gas cutting of the laser;

* Since the air compressor unit has sufficient flow margin, it can meet the air demand of the laser equipment in the subsequent

   expansion of the material feeding production line;

* Air filtration and treatment system;

* Stainless steel air pipeline ensures clean air transportation

FCP Series Products Introduction:

Mixed gas cutting employs a specific ratio of nitrogen-oxygen mixture as the laser assist cutting gas, leveraging the advantages of

each component gas (nitrogen for high-speed cutting and oxygen for burr-free cutting) by combining them into a single cutting stream.

This method enables rapid cutting with minimal burrs, significantly improving the cutting quality for medium-to-thick low-carbon steel

and aluminum alloys while achieving higher cutting speeds than pure nitrogen. The burring issues encountered when using pure

nitrogen or air cutting a are minimized or eliminated.

Advantages of Mix-Gas Cutting:

● Improves cutting quality of ordinary steel, reducing burrs to <3% of material thickness.

● Higher surface finish compared to air cutting.

● Significantly increases cutting speed compared to oxygen cutting of high-power medium-thick carbon steel plates.

● Offers a cost advantage compared to liquid nitrogen cutting.

Application

 Heavy cutting work for carbon steel (replacing the air cutting or liquid nitrogen cutting)

 Burr-free cutting of aluminum ally.

Products Features:

● Compared to liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen dual-gas mixing systems, it achieves up to 70% savings, delivers rapid returns, with

   an average ROI payback period of 12-18 months.

● Easy maintenance, with a system lifespan of 6-8 years requiring regular maintenance.

● LOT-enabled functionality, featuring exclusive SMART-REIN for remote monitoring via mobile devices.It intelligently selects

   operational modes based on factory conditions to optimize energy consumption.

● Equipment interconnectivity and collaboration capabilities, enabling coordinated control with machine tools equipped with the BOCHU

   system customizable functions.
