What's in the SUP36T 4-in-1 kit? What does "4-in-1" mean?
The SUP36T is a handheld fiber laser head that combines four functions in one unit: handheld welding, laser cleaning, cutting, and seam cleaning (post-weld pass cleaning). The kit includes the welding gun head together with the controllor, wire feeder, screen, letting you switch between applications without changing machines. It supports both continuous and spot welding modes.
Is the SUP36T compatible with my laser welding machine / laser source?
The SUP36T is designed for standard fiber laser sources with a QBH connector (collimating lens integrated with QBH), which covers the vast majority of mainstream handheld laser welding machines up to 3kw on the market. Before purchasing, please confirm your machine's connector type and laser power range with us, and we will help verify compatibility.
What materials can the SUP36T weld, and how thick?
The SUP36T supports spot and continuous welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloys, galvanized steel, and other common metals. Achievable thickness depends on your laser source power and welding parameters (speed, defocus, shielding gas). Please provide your material type, thickness, and machine power for a recommended parameter setup.
What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
The SUP36T gun head comes with our standard warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Consumable parts (protective lens, copper nozzle, etc.) are wear items and are not covered by warranty. We provide online technical support including installation guidance, parameter recommendations, and troubleshooting; if you encounter any issue, contact us with photos/videos and we will respond within 24 hours.
