Before the Investment:

Before implementing this on-site nitrogen supply project, the customer relied mainly on rented cylinder gas for daily laser cutting. Cylinder rental costs were high, while the gas company's supply times were irregular and unpredictable. What's more, the quality of the delivered gas could not be verified, leaving cutting stability and product consistency at risk. These uncertainties constantly disrupted production scheduling, undermined cutting efficiency, and dragged down overall output.

After the Investment: After deploying the BCE 25 on-site nitrogen generator, the customer now produces 99.99% pure nitrogen right in their own workshop — cutting stainless steel with bright, oxidation-free edges and no secondary cleaning required. Smart nitrogen storage lets the system generate gas at night and supply a full day of production: 7 to 8 hours of continuous cutting without a single stop. By running during off-peak hours with cheaper electricity, both gas and energy costs are significantly reduced — day after day.
